The Strata Management is
responsible for managing and maintaining the common
property and assets of the community buildings,
commercial and office complex etc for the benefit of
all of its owners. Comfort Care will provide the
management services that include repair/maintenance
and additional work of buildings, cleaning,
gardening, plumber, electrician, bill collections.
In our endeavor to provide full customer care
services a security services is most important
activities of our company. Thus big team of security
guards which is headed by retired Deputy
Superintendent of Police (DSP) engaged in providing
security services from Comfort Care. Our security
personnel are recruited from retired army, retired
police and civilians who are again re-trained by our
training officers in our own dedicated training
